Privacy by design
We can't read your notes. Literally.
Notes about the people you love are as personal as data gets. So Kinfolio has no place to leak them from.
Local-first
Everything lives in a local database on your phone. No account needed; sync goes through your own cloud, and the optional AI assistant uses a relay that stores nothing.
Privacy by default
No ads, no data selling. Anonymous usage statistics and ad measurement are opt-in only; crash reports keep the app stable. Reminders are local notifications — no push servers involved.
Backups you control
Export a single encrypted file and store it wherever you trust. Without your password it's unreadable — including by us.
