Mergelaxy
1. Agreement
Mergelaxy is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Mergelaxy does not impose additional license terms on top of it. By downloading or using the App you agree to that EULA and to the App Store's own terms.
2. Mergelaxy+ Subscription
Mergelaxy+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes limits on daily-challenge attempts and is shareable with your family via Family Sharing. It never changes scoring: a paying player scores exactly what a free player scores.
- Prices and renewal periods are shown in the App exactly as the App Store reports them for your region;
- A free trial, where offered, converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends;
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; payment is charged to your Apple Account;
- Manage or cancel any time: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions;
- Purchases are restorable on any device signed into the same Apple Account via "Restore Purchases".
3. Fair Play
Leaderboards run on Apple Game Center. Attempts to falsify scores or disrupt the service for others may lead to removal from leaderboards by Apple's own mechanisms.

Mergelaxy ліцензується вам за стандартною ліцензійною угодою Apple (EULA). Mergelaxy не додає власних ліцензійних умов понад неї. Завантажуючи чи використовуючи Застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з цією EULA та умовами App Store.
2. Підписка Mergelaxy+
Mergelaxy+ — опційна автопоновлювана підписка (місячна або річна), що знімає ліміт спроб щоденного челенджу і доступна родині через Family Sharing. Вона ніколи не змінює підрахунок очок: платний гравець набирає рівно стільки ж, скільки безплатний.
- Ціни та періоди поновлення показуються в Застосунку точно так, як їх повідомляє App Store для вашого регіону;
- Пробний період, де він пропонується, переходить у платну підписку, якщо не скасувати його щонайменше за 24 години до завершення;
- Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду; оплата списується з вашого Apple Account;
- Керування і скасування: App Store → ваш профіль → Підписки;
- Покупки відновлюються на будь-якому пристрої з тим самим Apple Account через «Відновити покупки».
3. Чесна гра
Лідерборди працюють на Apple Game Center. Спроби фальсифікувати результати чи заважати іншим можуть призвести до вилучення з лідербордів механізмами Apple.
