One2One
1. The Service
One2One is a one-to-one video calling app for iOS, Android and the browser. Calls run peer-to-peer over WebRTC: the media stream goes directly between the two participants, and our server is used to introduce the two devices to each other and, when a direct route is impossible, to relay the encrypted stream. We do not record calls and do not store their content. See the Privacy Policy for what is handled and for how long.
There is no account and no registration. A room exists only while a call is running, and holds exactly two participants.
2. One2One Pro Subscription
One2One Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly and a yearly plan. It unlocks:
- creating rooms and invite links without limits;
- scheduling a call and sending it to a calendar;
- Random Match without a daily limit;
- calls of up to 4 hours instead of 20 minutes;
- turning the other participant's camera and microphone on or off during a call.
New subscribers to the yearly plan get a 7-day free trial; the first charge happens when the trial ends. Every new installation also starts with a free week of full functionality, with no purchase required.
The price is displayed in the app before you confirm, in the currency of your store account, and may differ by country and over time. Payment, renewal, refunds and cancellation are handled entirely by the store you installed One2One from — Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You cancel it in your store account settings — App Store subscriptions on iOS, Google Play subscriptions on Android — not in the app and not on this website. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
A subscription is tied to the store account that bought it. "Restore purchases" in the app brings it back on another device signed in to the same store account.
Joining is always free. Anyone can join a call by link or ID for free, on any platform, with no account and without ever seeing a paywall — including people you invite while your own subscription is active. Calling from the browser at one2one.hollybyte.com is free as well.
3. Using One2One Without a Subscription
Without Pro you can still join any call by link or ID, use Random Match a limited number of times per day, and talk for up to 20 minutes per call. The exact limits are shown in the app and may be adjusted; we will not reduce what a free user can do without saying so in the app.
4. Your Content
What you say and show during a call is yours. You are responsible for what you transmit and for having the consent of the person on the other side where the law requires it.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use One2One to transmit unlawful content, to harass or endanger anyone, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to overload, probe or circumvent the service, its rate limits or its subscription mechanism. Random Match connects you with strangers: do not use it to expose minors to adult content or to solicit anyone. We may block access to the service for abuse.
One2One is not for children under 13, and Random Match is intended for adults.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Peer-to-peer calls depend on the two networks involved, and some strict corporate or mobile networks may prevent a direct connection.
7. Warranty and Liability
One2One is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollyByte is not liable for indirect damages, missed calls or lost opportunities arising from the use or unavailability of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page and in the app listing. Continued use after a change means acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel any active subscription in your store account.

One2One — застосунок для відеодзвінків один-на-один на iOS, Android і у браузері. Дзвінки йдуть peer-to-peer через WebRTC: медіапотік передається напряму між двома учасниками, а наш сервер потрібен, щоб познайомити два пристрої між собою і — коли прямий маршрут неможливий — ретранслювати зашифрований потік. Ми не записуємо дзвінки і не зберігаємо їх зміст. Що саме обробляється і скільки зберігається — у Політиці приватності.
Акаунта й реєстрації немає. Кімната існує лише поки триває дзвінок і вміщає рівно двох учасників.
2. Підписка One2One Pro
One2One Pro — необовʼязкова підписка з автоматичним поновленням, місячна або річна. Вона відкриває:
- створення кімнат і запрошень без обмежень;
- планування дзвінка з відправкою в календар;
- Random Match без денного ліміту;
- дзвінки до 4 годин замість 20 хвилин;
- вмикання й вимикання камери та мікрофона співрозмовника під час дзвінка.
Нові підписники річного плану отримують 7 днів безкоштовно; перше списання відбувається після завершення пробного періоду. Крім того, кожна нова інсталяція починається з безкоштовного тижня повної функціональності — без покупки.
Ціну застосунок показує до підтвердження, у валюті вашого стор-акаунта; вона може відрізнятися залежно від країни та змінюватися з часом. Оплату, поновлення, повернення коштів і скасування повністю опрацьовує стор, з якого ви встановили One2One, — Apple App Store або Google Play. Дані вашої картки ми не бачимо ніколи.
Підписка поновлюється автоматично на той самий період, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Скасування — у налаштуваннях вашого стор-акаунта (підписки App Store на iOS, підписки Google Play на Android), а не в застосунку і не на цьому сайті. Після скасування Pro діє до кінця вже оплаченого періоду.
Підписка привʼязана до стор-акаунта, яким її придбали. Кнопка «Відновити покупки» в застосунку повертає її на іншому пристрої з тим самим стор-акаунтом.
Приєднання завжди безкоштовне. Будь-хто може зайти в дзвінок за посиланням або ID безкоштовно, на будь-якій платформі, без акаунта й не побачивши пейволу — зокрема ті, кого ви запрошуєте, поки діє ваша підписка. Дзвінки з браузера на one2one.hollybyte.com також безкоштовні.
3. Користування без підписки
Без Pro ви все одно приєднуєтесь до будь-якого дзвінка за посиланням або ID, користуєтесь Random Match обмежену кількість разів на добу і говорите до 20 хвилин за дзвінок. Точні ліміти показані в застосунку і можуть коригуватися; ми не звужуватимемо можливості безкоштовного рівня без повідомлення в застосунку.
4. Ваш контент
Те, що ви говорите й показуєте під час дзвінка, належить вам. Ви відповідаєте за те, що передаєте, і за наявність згоди співрозмовника там, де цього вимагає закон.
5. Прийнятне використання
Не використовуйте One2One для передавання протиправного контенту, для переслідування чи створення загрози, для видавання себе за іншу особу, а також для спроб перевантажити, просканувати чи обійти сервіс, його обмеження частоти запитів або механізм підписки. Random Match зводить вас із незнайомцями: не використовуйте його, щоб демонструвати неповнолітнім контент для дорослих або схиляти когось до чогось. За зловживання ми можемо заблокувати доступ до сервісу.
One2One не призначений для дітей до 13 років, а Random Match — для дорослих.
6. Доступність
Ми прагнемо, щоб сервіс працював без перерв, але не гарантуємо безперервної доступності. P2P-дзвінок залежить від двох мереж одночасно, і в деяких суворих корпоративних чи мобільних мережах пряме зʼєднання може не встановитися.
7. Гарантії та відповідальність
One2One надається «як є», без жодних гарантій. У максимально дозволених законом межах HollyByte не відповідає за непрямі збитки, пропущені дзвінки чи втрачені можливості, повʼязані з використанням або недоступністю застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує ваших прав за імперативними нормами споживчого законодавства.
8. Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови; суттєві зміни відображатимуться на цій сторінці та в картці застосунку. Подальше користування означає згоду. Якщо ви не згодні — припиніть користуватися застосунком і скасуйте активну підписку у своєму стор-акаунті.
